Privacy Policy

This site is operated by ZeloBnB (entity being incorporated, hereinafter also "we" or "ZeloBnB"). For any request regarding the processing of personal data you can write to info@zelobnb.com.

We only collect the data you voluntarily give us through the forms on the website and the platform, and the minimum technical data needed for the website to work and stay secure.

Data provided through the contact form:

• Full name
• Phone number (WhatsApp)
• Role (host or agency)
• Number of apartments managed
• Area of Turin of interest
• Free notes (optional field)

Data provided by cleaning professionals (application and account):

• Full name and phone number (WhatsApp)
• City and neighbourhood or town where you live
• Statement that you hold a valid ID and, where needed, a residence permit (ZeloBnB collects no copy of any document)
• Experience, available days, start date and languages spoken
• For the account: email and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash), work areas, quotes sent and profile photo
• Free notes (optional field)

Payment data (through Stripe):

• Hosts: card details are entered on Stripe's pages and never reach ZeloBnB's servers. We only keep the card brand, its last 4 digits and the status of each payment.
• Cleaning professionals: the data needed to receive payouts (ID document, codice fiscale, IBAN) is collected directly by Stripe through Stripe Connect (Express). We only keep the Stripe account ID and whether payouts are enabled.

Technical data collected automatically:

• IP address, browser user agent and referring page (referer), kept in the server logs for security purposes

Data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• Contacting you on WhatsApp to present the service and activate your account
• Assessing your application and contacting you on WhatsApp about the selection
• Managing professionals' accounts, profiles and jobs
• Processing payments for cleanings and payouts to professionals, through Stripe
• Sending communications strictly related to the service (no newsletter, no third-party marketing)
• Anonymous, aggregated statistical analysis of traffic to improve the site
• IT security and abuse prevention

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by voluntarily filling in the form; on the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), for managing the account and payments; on compliance with legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), for keeping accounting and tax records; and on the controller's legitimate interest in the security of the site and the aggregated analysis of traffic (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data provided through the form is kept for a maximum of 24 months from collection, after which it is deleted. Account data is kept for as long as the account is active; payment data for the period required by tax and accounting law. You can request early deletion at any time by writing to info@zelobnb.com.

Data may be shared with the following service providers, which act as data processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR, unless stated otherwise:

• Hetzner Online GmbH — server where the data collected through the form is stored, in Germany (EU).
• Cloudflare Inc. — hosting of the site and backup copies of the data. Non-EU transfers covered by standard contractual clauses.
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland) — processing of hosts' payments and payouts to professionals (Stripe Connect). It acts as a data processor for payment processing and as an independent controller for the data it collects directly (card details, identity verification, fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering obligations). Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

No data is sold, transferred or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

This site does not use profiling cookies or third-party marketing cookies.

Cloudflare and Stripe may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (art. 46 GDPR), which guarantee an adequate level of protection.

At any time you can exercise the rights provided by arts. 15–22 GDPR:

• Access to your personal data
• Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction of processing
• Objection to processing
• Data portability
• Withdrawal of consent at any time

To exercise these rights write to info@zelobnb.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

ZeloBnB reserves the right to update this notice in line with the evolution of the service or regulatory changes. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.
